Introducing.....

Rylan the blue throated macaw!

We connected instantly and I’m so in love I just don’t know what to do!

Don’t worry, we were stopped at a local Lowe’s.

He came with 7 tubs full of toys, perched and everything in between, including a pak o bird.

I’ll upload more pictures later on

And in the car he held my hand and regurgitated already. He’s super sweet with me...my husband, not so much, lol!

He had like 10 boxes full of things it seemed. 25 perches, several toys and of course his cage!

Momazon gave me all of Dobbys toys and favorite food and treats when I got him. He sure started vocalizing and talking when I broke out one of his favorites after a while too Sounds like your new man has already chosen you so have hubby be careful till everyone reaches a understanding. He's a handsome boy that's for sure congrats:congratsbig:

Hubby knows the deal. He just lunges but if he continues on and says “no Rylan”, he will step up with no problem. And when we are all sitting on the bed or the couch, he just goes from person to person.

His favorite treats are nutriberries and pine nuts. He will say “hi” and raise his wings to “pretty wings” for pine nuts. Usually if he tries to misbehave, I redirect his attention with a trick and a pine nut. He is very beaky and very attached to me. I love him to bits
