Let's just say they have settled. They've tested every corner for an escape route and know where the food and water are. Hovering is their favourite activity, followed by chase. Obviously they're still scared of the huge lumbering human, but they have stopped bouncing round the cage when the lounge door opens.

That's the way I read it too. There's no disease for sure, pathology came back clean on both fellas. It's not plucking, I was watching when the new one came loose. And there's no physical damage or skin tags on the ones he lost, so they defo just came loose and fell. I'm not going to over analyse this, just keep an eye on it.

She's in luuuurrrv. She's spending all her wing time getting the full attention of a blue pied English budgie. Huge size difference but she makes up for it by standing tall.
