Anna's Hummingbird

The hummingbirds were in full bloom down at the Hassayampa River preserve this afternoon. Here is one of the male Anna's hummingbirds.

Wow! Mine are in full force here in the valley..have to fill the feeders every couple days,,if not, I get " buzzed"..

What a gorgeous little guy! We've got several inches of snow and ice where I'm at, very refreshing to see such summer-y things. Such vibrant feathers on him.
