Mangos vet visit

Mango's vet visit went great, he's a healthy bird. He handled it well but when I got home he just couldn't figure out how to get out of his travel cage. I bribed him with nutri berries etc. I ended up having to grab him out and he fought and got P. O.'D!! I always read don't go against your birds will but I had to. Now, he's timmed and like scared of me. He will take food from me but not get on finger, he's skiddish now. Did I loose ground with him or will he trust me again? Thanks for the comments! Great that his vet visit went well. He'll get over you pulling him out of the travel cage.
