Oh gosh, I just realized, this link won't apply at all since you are going to Canada, rather than the U.S. The U.S. has no jurisdiction there LOL.
I was allowed 30 day in-home quarantine with veterinary supervision (which was a joke!)
***Again, mine wasn't a move to/from the Middle East.*** The same quarantine rules MAY apply internationally, but you must check first, because this is country-dependant. If this is a work-related move, often your company can help!
Since they weren't considered "domestic flock poultry birds" or on the endangered or controlled lists, moving TO Nicaragua was actually easier and had different rules. Moving back FROM Nicaragua was actually more difficult. If you plan to return, research it now knowing laws change.
