We are Hubert & Sandra, from Belleville, MI. We are the owners of 5 parrots, Goffin, Umbrella & Salmon crested, an Congo gray & Blue & Gold Macaw. Most raised from babies and hand fed. The reason I joined was for info. First and formost we like to travel, and had a good bird sitter to come to house, who is no longer in business. Thought maybe someone on board would know or could recommend at sitter in Belleville, MI area.

Welcome! Sounds like you have quite a fabulous Family of birds. I cannot give any insight on pet sitters but sometimes your Vet may have references or a possible Vet Tech you know who might help out?

Can you call your vet and see if he knows anyone that can do that, sometimes they leave business cards or you could ask a groomer to see if they know anyone

Welcome! It's tough to find a good bird sitter. Mine moved away not long ago and I'm so sad. I (and my bird) adored her. I actually found her on Care.com.
