Yes, got the Caitec tumbler. Penny is afraid of it too. have some pumpkin seeds & sometimes an almond sticking out.
They were gone she may have got them or they fell out. Sort of a bit wonky..its turns but not great.
Was under $3 so we'll see...

The tube in the tumbler can be adjusted (just twist and push/pull) for difficulty - the shorter the tube is, the harder it is for them to get the food. I found I had to set the difficulty higher for Pippin - he could swing it around and get the treats effortlessly.

OOOOh...no instructions. I started taking the screw out to take it apart but then put it back in & it won't screw in tight just spins. Did not know the tube adjusted. I just put the food in the tube while it was upside down. Maybe mine is defective?

Supposedly you're able to remove the screws to fill it, but I always just took the tube out and fill it through the hole. Not sure if yours is defective, though. Sometimes when the threads are off with the plastic molding it will not screw tight. As long as it secures to the cage and can't be pulled down, it should be fine.

There are slots that the tube fits into at each level and you can turn it and slowly pull it downward and then out of the tumbler in order to remove or add food. No need to unscrew it and take it apart except for cleaning.

I usually go off this website for sizes, even though I haven't tried one yet. The Aviator Bird Harness | The Parrot University, llc

No problem! The sizes on Drs site is not the greatest with a few things, and yeah I would agree she should be a small then. I much prefer sizing for them to tell me grams since that gets it down to a science.

I ordered on July 6, and still no evidence it has shipped. Has anyone else had a delay?

Hmph. I will have to call. I got the email to confirm the order, and the payment was collected. No hint of shipment, though. I have checked my spam folder.

Second and last order arrived today:
fs1.jpg
Caleb: I have to check this out. Maybe there is something for me inside.

fs2.jpg
Caleb: Looks like there might be dog toys in here. Finally toys that are not for the birds.
Kosmo: Let me help you. Maybe there's something to eat in that box.

fs3.jpg
Geordie: I want to look, too.
Caleb: Go away. Everything in the box is mine. All mine.

fs4.jpg
Caleb: Now that those nosy boys are gone I can unpack my box of goodies. :smug:

Just some Kong toys and nitrile gloves in this package. @faislaq The small Kong is probably a good size for Luv Bug.

Thanks. The dogs are wound up today. Had the HVAC guys here and that got them started. It's finally quieted down here.
Didn't remove the gloves from their sealed package yet.
The large extreme Kong bone is a lot larger than I thought it would be but should be OK for Kosmo. He meets the recommended weight range.
