Well, My poor, sweet Twilight didn't make it. Here is the link to my other thread in case you missed it:

I called the vets this morning to tell them that I wanted to come visit him, but he had already passed during the night. I'm so upset that I didn't get to see him one more time and tell him I loved him. It has been the most horrible day. I drove down to get his body, and I had a really hard time keeping myself together. I keep thinking how lonely and scared he must have been. The house is so quiet without him, he was such a little loud mouth. I realize that over half of all my constant chatter was directed at him because he was always so extremely attentive to everything I said. I will miss his little voice saying, "Good morning Twilight, good morning to you. Hello little birdie," and the way he used to play peek a boo. I will miss his cute little expressive face with his big, round eyes. Whenever I needed something to keep me happy I would think of Twilight and his cute eyes. When I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled, I thought of Twilight and his eyes. When I had an MRI, I thought of Twilight and his eyes. Oh, how I already miss those eyes. He had so many quirks, and they will all be missed. He loved the color yellow, he was afraid of skin, he would poke his toy that said "Hello bird!" and then look at me because I always said it back. I will miss how he always came running over to the side of his cage when I came over to talk to him. I will miss how he would run to me if anything ever scared him. I will miss how he would get so happy when he got new toys. He was so smart, and I know he understood everything I said. He was always paying attention. It's amazing that such a little bird could have such a big presence. He had his last bath on Sunday, and he looked so handsome. he was able to go outside for the first time this Spring on Monday. It was only for fifteen minutes because it started to get a little chilly, but he loved it. I was looking forward to all the time we were going to spend outside this summer. He had his favorite food, scrambled eggs (yellow) on Sunday for the last time.
Sunset seems okay. She's looking for him a bit, and I know everyone is confused because he is missing. I think they will all get over him faster than I will.
