While Milton was watching "The Price Is Right" today, I decided to bring Buddy in for some personal interaction...

Milton: (spying Buddy on my hand) "WAT YOU HOLDING?"

Buddy: "SWQUUUUAAAAAK"

Me: You can see who it is...it's Buddy.

Milton: "DAT A BIRD!"

Me: Yes, he's a bird...

Buddy: "grumblegrumblegrumbleSQUAAAAAAWK"....

Milton: "I A GREAT BIRD....DAT BAD BIRD"...

Me: That's your opinion, Bird...

Milton: "GOT DAT RIGHT"....

Buddy: "SQUWAK SQUWAK SQUWAAAAAAAAK"...

...and so it goes...

Well he certainly knows who's top bird in his flock, at least in his opinion. Maybe those two are too similar in attitude so they love picking on each other. Maybe buddy will eventually learn to express himself and they can have arguments with each other

You've got the situation down correctly! Their personalities are so identical, which sparks the jealousy between them.
Last month they did go out to the pet shop for manicures...and they yelled at each other while their cages were belted in the back seat...all the way out....AND BACK...
