Don't know about that specific bird, but my amazons stay at the temperature that I like. Where was the cockatoo living at?

I would say you should avoid putting the bird in a place she will get a draft.

I've always assumed, if you're at a comfortable temp in a Tshirt, your bird should be ok. Unless maybe if it's a naked bird? If so, maybe a couple degrees warmer.

Milton (pictured in avatar) has his cage in our bedroom...our thermostat is set at 68 degrees in the winter. We do not lower it at night...it stays at 68 all the time.

75 degrees would be the bird's preferred right in the middle comfort range.
