That is great! I am pretty sure she Will be willing to help!
Is Freddie doing any better?
Found a total of 4 more small-ish feathers on the cage bottom since... saturday. Not sure if I should be happy that it isnt more or sad that Fred hasnt stopped yet.
Fred however is still dancing, playing and eating like a mafkoek

Ahw it’s good to hear he is still happy and dancing! Four feathers isn’t the worst I think, my lovebirds can loose four feathers a day when they are moulting! I hope he improves:hug8:

Fred seems to be doing OK on the feather department... I find a feather every now and then but he's also moulting. Maybe he was really itchy from that and started barbering feathers?
Pic bonus of hanibal Fred

Whew it looks like he murdered someone:rofl:
Feather barbering and plucking can have a lot of caused, it could also be that maybe he just played really rough and that caused his feathers to look ugly?

Fred is doing really well! Molting at the moment but 90 % of the feathers are back. He s just not (yet) as fluffy on the white belly as the other caiques here. Was really worried when the doc said he was probably going to be feather plucking the rest of his life now, because he had become used to it
