Hubby, now retired, had said once that once the Chinese see something and get a sample of said item the next thing that happens is that the item is suddenly available on the market and copyrights be damned. In his company's case, the pirate produced items didn't have the same QC so customers who bought them on the cheap had problems with their food production lines (and if that isn't scary enough, I don't know what is).

There is no "copy-cat" web site.
I own the web site: www.avianstainless.com - It is CLOSED and will not open again till a pending sale is final.

However, you may see our toys for sale in AUS, via a Facebook link...as someone has bought the rights to produce safe, welded Avian Stainless toys. They cannot be shipped outside AUS/NZ/SINGAPORE.

I will do that when it is time to restock on toys, at the moment we have lots of things to get through but a few of the stainless toys would be great. Maybe if I buy some of them I can have some of my kitchen spoons and mashers back, Burt loves metal and all I have that is safe for him to play with are some of my serving spoons and things like that. I don't mind sharing but he has a bit of an issue with me borrowing them back from time to time, lol.
