Would anyone be willing to help w/ my Shop signature?

Hi all,

I'm not sure if it's ok to post such a request here, so please feel free to disregard. I'd like to have a nicer, image-based signature that can link folks to my Etsy shop (Perches 4 Change Bird Toys & Products). I already have an image that can work, but I wasn't able to either upload it or hyperlink it using the signature tool. Am I missing something obvious? Here's the image I have in mind (I'd update it as my numbers and info changed over time), but I'm definitely open to other suggestions! Thank you!

Thank you! It would be the image above (which I can't find a way to upload to my signature and link to my etsy shop). Would that work?

Signatures have a certain amount of lines they can use. If I insert the image and link it you will have to fix the bottom information as I think it will be too long. Okay?
