Hi, here's the recipe I promised a couple days ago. I did it in the crockpot for about 4 hours but you could do skillet too...
2 potatoes cut up small
3-bean salad, drain and rinse
2 apples sliced
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1 can artichoke hearts
2 tsp Lawry's 17 seasoning
2 c water
1T Worcestershire sauce
1 T minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
Mix all, dump in crockpot cook 4 hr. Or, cook the garlic on the stovetop (cooking spray or water only).... add potatoes, water, and seasoning. Simmer 5 min. Add apples, bean salad, pepper and artichoke hearts. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Serve with a little fresh black pepper on top.
Best part: 1 cup has about 208 calories, 6 grams protein, 31 carbs, 7 fat.
