I'm located in Toronto, Ontario Canada and I'm looking for a black lory. I can't seem to find one anywhere . Any ideas of where I can get one from?

Oh okay... Thanks! No response on a black lory eh? I guess they aren't common as I don't know anyone who has one really. I only met one girl with one

Do you have any bird stores near you or breeders (any species of bird) that you know of? Sometimes they can refer you to a breeder that may have them. You could always check hoobly, some breeders post there or with how popular social media is you could join a couple parrot groups there and maybe find someone who knows a breeder

Yea I have tried all those venues hahaha like you said not very common so IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!

I have a black lory but I got him from a rescue. He was from a Florida breeder.

Hey Everyone so I'm a bit behind in updating but I did, in fact, get my black lory. I named him Kodak and did this video on getting him.

I feel so blessed to have him and I'm ABSOLUTELY in Love!!
