Ceramic should be just fine. It is naturally non stick so there isn't reason to add PTFE or PFOA. Silicone you will hear some debate on, but I use silicone cookware and have not had any issues. The microwave isn't going to heat those things to toxic levels; it will get to about boiling (100C/212F) and that's it. That's because it vibrates water molecules to cook with, and that's what generates heat, not the microwaves themselves. The food contains water so it gets hot, but the cookware usually only gets hot because the food transfers the heat.
