Low fat diet....need help

I'd let him have a small wheel of corn in the cob.

I actually like rice pasta & they have black bean too.
Its not like he's eating a big plate of pasta its just a bit.

Carrots have sugar as does sweet potato & fruits...corn is no worse
Just want to feed things in moderation.

I'd research more & actually check into it more.
Some vets have been off too.

Sweet potatoes are low on the inflammatory scale so they are actually one of the better carbs as compared to wheat.

Nutrition is a very complex subject & theres more too it than just fat & sugar.

Well, the Greeks swore by the golden mean, so a little is okay. I'd go with almond flour or something like that. I've never worked with coconut flour. Good quality corn meal?

Out of curiosity and just to compare with Casey, my BFA, how much do Secret and MC weigh? I realize MC is not on the restricted diet but just to compare.
Quinoa is OK to use. Make sure to wash and rinse thoroughly before cooking it. Buckwheat and farro are both low in fat.

Secret is 359 grams

MC is 339 grams

Secret is a wild caught Amazon. I think probably around the ages of yours.

What diet do you have Sonny on?
