Mynah Comes Home Today !

My baby common mynah will be flying in this evening. I have wanted a mynah since I was a little girl. This one is related to those you would see back then. Much smaller, but oh so cute. They can learn to talk as well as many parrots. If you want to see, look up on YouTube, morning talk with my mynah kaleo. I love how she taught him to reply to her rather than repeat everything she says.
Needless to say I am pretty excited

Mynah birds are passerines, also known as softbills. They are prone to hemochromatosis, so the diet must be low in iron. Low iron fruits like berries, bananas, melons.... some veggies, soaked softbill pellets and dog food, insects like mealworms.
They need a lot of room. Moe Joe has a large stainless steel expandable habitats cage, and toys for small birds
