How to use a posted picture as an avatar...

@AvianCrew created and posted a cute picture of Buddy the other day. With her permission (after all, it is her creative work) I'd like to use it as my avatar. Can someone give me tips on how to do this? Thanks..

Save it to your computer, then upload as your avatar.

Near the top of the screen on the right, is your username. If you click on it, a drop down list will appear. Click on the word "Avatar". That will open a box that lets you add a picture as your avatar.

My computer doesn't want to cooperate with me about Michelle's picture of Buddy...but it will take this picture of Milton. It was taken at one of our recent outings, so I'll use it until I can figure out how to make my computer work....

I have a feeling the problem isn't with your work...it's with our computer. Marty had set the thing up, and with his passing, we haven't been able to get in and save files, etc. We're probably going to have a professional look at it to wipe everything clean...

I was lucky enough to find and put Milton's pic in, though...it's kind of cute...he wasn't happy about having his picture taken, as he's showing an erect crest...
