I wonder if she's found someone (considering the nearby school if she hangs around the area still) and they just took her home by now?

Really weird too how the one person who saw her Sat-Sun didnt try to capture her...

Not everyone would know how to. Also, Pepper could have been to scared to go to a stranger.

I am going ask a question to @Faolan would Pepper go to a stranger if she was scared? I know that Bebe will not and Sweet Pea might but I doubt it. they are looking for their humans more then anything else in the world.

She would, maybe with a bit of squawky protest + nibbling at finger, go up and sit on someone else's shoulder or step-up but usually would just fly back to me or her cage if either were in sight.
Being hungry, itchy (she had some pinfeathers) and just scared might help her want to go to a stranger more than ever but Im not sure

Yes we gave the school three flyers and they said they'd tell parents and put some up.
I also put a flyer up where lots of kids are likely to walk out to get home..

Nope, and we've had less time to go walking sadly but I've been hanging out in driveway (original escape location) and just calling and watching when we can't go walk further
We have driven around to hang flyers and such. Really wondering if Pepper just went to someone who hasnt seen our posts/flyers and isnt sure what to do with her- or wants to keep her

I will not give up on Pepper, I know she wouldn't stop waiting for me to come home

This has probably been mentioned, but are you spreading the word on Facebook for your area?
I don't use Facebook, but my family has posted for things like this and word gets around a lot faster than flyers.
Just keep having friends/family spread the word and photos on there, post to some local (and maybe few towns over) groups.
