Pictures Molting?

Does this look like my finch is just molting?




This is my other finch, and the above one looked like this guy only a few days ago...

He's looking about the same today...I have separated him but I think it probably is just molting. I won't panic yet! He is eating, bathing, preening, singing, so he doesn't seem sick, just rough around the edges. I have only had him for a month and these two are my first finches.
