Not too long ago, my daughter's dog, Ali, who was 1/2 German Shepherd, and 1/2 Irish Wolfhound passed away. The other day, she adopted a 10-month-old German Shepherd named Roach (Don't ask).

Roach is adorable!! My aunt used to breed shepherds in the 80's when I was a kid, and they'll always be special to me for all the time I spent with them. If Roach wears out his welcome, I could probably find some room for him pretty easily!!
What a beauty! Love German Shepherds too. Had them as a young adult. Was into training mine. They are so smart & loyal but they shed so much!

He's only 10-months. By the time he's full grown he will be huge. But probably not as big as Ali, who was 1/2 Irish Wolfhound.
Roach is soo adorable and looks like such a ham! I have a GSD/Doberman boy and he gets that same look on his face. Thankfully he inherited a much shorter coat!
