I let the groomer take care of that. He and his two buddies all got scalped.
The poodle has his bloodlines. He's a Lagotto Romagnolo and his breed is supposedly the ancestor to the poodle.

They are not that common in the U.S. although becoming less rare with increased breeding. More breeders now in U.S. and Canada and people also importing from overseas. They are known for their truffle hunting skills but there are no truffles here. If there were I would train him for that and participate in truffle hunting activities.
