harnesses for P'lets?

So, let's talk harnesses. There is one place that makes them specifically for tiny birds, but I have read a few reviews and hear they are flimsy.

When I look at the aviator, I see pictures of parrotlets and budgies in harnesses, but what size? Did they have to make those ones custom? Or did they just take the smallest size and cinch it way down? Any ideas for those of us with tiny birds?

I just got the mini for my Parrotlet. Its the right size and seems to be good quality. Haven't gotten far enough into the training to try it on him yet, but he will stick his head through the neck hole on his own for a treat.
