You can get all sorts of buttons at yard sales and use very heavy duty thread to sew them on with....:dance5:

Saroj, I'm so happy to see Miss Patty Button in the avenue park. I know she will enjoy welcoming everyone and will help direct them around the neighborhood.

So... Is Miss Patty Button running around the park with her shirt off now? I don't know how people might feel about that, after all this is supposed to be a very friendly, G rated place :p
Audra!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Kristen, Miss Buttons still has all her buttons!:D
Audra is just being :naughty:

This makes me want to go out and get buttons!! I absolutely love making bird toys. Really need to stock up on toy parts real soon.

Does anyone have toy ideas to keep a Green Cheek entertained? I recently noticed that Emerald (one of my GCCs) had picked at the wall. She's okay and she can't pick at it anymore, so no worries there. I was just wondering what kind of foraging stuff would be best?

Try a cork perch, soft pine toys to chew on, and anything that jingles (Avian Stainless makes amazing safe durable jingly toys).

I checked out Avian Stainless and they have some pretty neat stainless steel toys. I will be getting a few of those for sure. Eros and Emerald love their keys (which I am tossing since they're old and yucky/not safe anymore) so it makes sense to get them some new and safe stainless steel toys.

Thank you so much for the suggestions!! I will also be looking into cork perches. Honestly I have never heard of that. I feel so dumb... Lol.

A number of our vendors featured in the marketplace forum have cork bark perches. They are awesome. A comfy place to sit AND a fun chewing toy! My Frodo has been slowly making his way through his over the course of a few months.
