My family isn't big on birds. Only me and my mom but my parents have plenty of parrot loving friends

I dont want to cause alarm but is there is reason why her feet and beak are shiny black? Like coconut oil rubbed in? Some too owners do that. But Just a heads up, a dusty cockatoo beak and feet indicate a healthy bird. If they are this polish shiny then they are usually sick. Either vitamin deficient or medically ill. Just a heads up as you have birds too.
