They think male over on TalkBudgies as well, so I will go with that!
So I will be naming him Lincoln, Link for short! I have to think of a middle name. And if he changes to a girl, I don't think it will be too hard to change Link to Lucia.

Looks like a boy to me as well.
The wings look like they are clipped a little short. But they probably mean well as budgies can be pretty skittish and fast and clipped wings can help them be a little safer when they first find themselves in a new unfamiliar home. Flight is very important to budgies but they are so lightweight and naturally strong fliers that as soon as they grow in a few flight feathers, they will be flying around again.
