I woke jazzy up this morning to find that she was acting off, I gave her a little pumpkin seed but she could not hold it in her right foot.

I then took her out to see if she had a cut or something on her foot. There is some redness and it feel warm so I have booked her to see a vet tonight, not sure if its bumblefoot or something else but she is not moving off of her plantform perch.

has anyone had a parrot with bumble foot if so any tips on how to help it ?

thanks!

The vet will probably out her on baytril and Metacam. Glad you noticed early, if it is bumblefoot, once they get the open sores, it's a mess! Perch variety is the best, which sounds like you already have, hope she's OK!
