Typically, my birds have not enjoyed birdy bread, but what the heck, I decided to give it another go. Just fed them at 6:20, and they are still eating. Yeah!

If anyone is curious, here's the recipe:
1 box of Simple Truth Organic cornbread mix
1 large egg (food processed the shell and included it)
1/3 cup Ginger Snappy coconut oil
1/3 cup organic applesauce
2 jars of organic sweet potato baby food
10 Serrano chiles, food processed
1 bunch of organic dandelion greens, food processed
2/3 cup of Goldenfeast (prepared the day before)
I sprinkled the top with chili powder

Bake at 400 F until toothpick comes out clean. I baked it in a loaf pan, so it took longer than the 22-24 minutes suggested on the box.

Here's the dinner with TBA Herb salad, fresh sprouts, cutie orange slice, blueberries, apple, and bananas.

Sounds (quiet birds eating!) like a hit...

I get it from In A Pickle parrot shop in Cleveland. They also have Cinnamon Magic. Both are great products. :)

LOL! I made chop this morning with Habanero peppers. My eye itched...:omg:
Too funny! I get that, too, because I usually add several peppers, including habaneros. And when I feed those batches is when Gossamer & Harry seem to want lots of kisses or to stick their tongues up my nose. Sigh. :crycry:

You could use any, I'd think. I use either Gardenflora or Hookbill Legume.
