Isaac does not like parakeet!

So my daughter brought home this amazing little parakeet baby that is so sweet and tame. While Isaac (cag) is safely in his cage, she has brought the little guy closer (holding the parakeet in her closed hand to prevent accidents ). Isaac flares up in a not at all friendly way! Can't tell if he's jealous or what!
Won't be letting them get close!

What type of bird is Issac? Many birds find smaller ones a threat. My cockatiel Ellie hates birds smaller than her. They are naturally more of a threat.

A parakeet and a CAG. Maybe jealousy or I'm really not sure. I have read that CAGs prefer their own kind. That they tend to feel superior to other birds. Not sure if that's true.
But what luck. A tame parakeet. That's lovely.

The size difference is too much to expect them to be friends. But they may enjoy calling across the room to each other.
