How much and when?

Hey guys,
After reading thousands of posts and articles I'am ready to embark on the changing of Aero's diet. Firstly is how much do you serve to minimise waste for a bird of IRN size. Also an idea of how long do you guys keep it and maybe the schedule you keep in terms of feeding. Planning on feeding chop and seeds.

For how much to serve, i just guess and hope he eats it.
In the morning, the early morning right after he wakes up is the best time to offer new foods.
It's best not to keep it in the cage for more than 2 hours, because after that it just gets kind of gross.
