My daughter picked up her dog on Sunday and moved to another city. She said the dog has not eaten her dog food since then but did eat a little piece of baked chicken on Monday and a small piece of beef jerky Tuesday. My daughter was off Monday but Tuesday dog was a home with her boyfriend. She said she noticed blood on her hair after a poop. This dog will be 4 in November and has always lived with me until then, she also is a very nervous dog that will not let other people touch or get near her. I told my daughter I think stress related and she needs to come back home. What do you think?
Thank you,
Michelle

If there is blood in the stool, the dog needs to see a vet ASAP.

None of us are vets so we cannot diagnose this, that dog should see a veterinarian

Not eating in 48+hrs and blood in stool would be a huge red flag for me and I would get her to a vet today. Even if it was stress induced something doesn't sound right.
