I am doing research on the differences in ravens, starlings, grackles etc. I am using one in some writing that I am doing. I know mynah's are most often kept as pets. What type do you all have?
Which are legal to own in the US?
Thanks!!

In the US, there are a number of species that are kept as aviary birds, but not many are kept as pets. Some of these species are quite rare in captivity here, and are primarily kept for breeding. Some of the species kept here are white necked ravens, African pied crows, superb starlings, purple glossy starlings, lesser blue eared starlings, greater blue eared starlings, golden breasted starlings, emerald starlings, amethyst starlings, splendid glossy starlings, European starlings, greater Indian hill mynah, common mynah, bank mynah, and Bali mynah.
