No idea, but you need to see a vet ASAP.
I agree with the others, this definitely needs immediate treatment.

You need to be at the office when the doors open, don't wait around to call asking for an appointment. This is an EMERGENCY and this little one needs to be seen NOW, not the afternoon or tomorrow or next week, NOW.
Do you live in the USA? Do you have a vet? My guess is that something hit the eye but the bird needs to be seen by an Avian Vet.

Perhaps if you can tell us a little more, some may have some ideas for you.
How long has the eye looked like this? Is there an injury, or is it an infection in the eye itself?
For members here, I'm not sure gurpreet singh is in the US. Hopefully where ever they live, there are avian vets.

I believe it looks like scaly face mite! Or skin infection of some sort!Take hIm ASAP to the vet!I Think he is in india!

has the bird been rubbing his head on things a lot? I see missing feathers around the ear and the eye injury could have happened from rubbing on something due to an ear infection or irritation. I would bet that the missing feathers has something to do with it. Not sure where you are located, but I will help you find a vet near you if you need.
