Me: Hi Milton....

Milton: PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY BIRD....

Me: Yes, you are a Pretty Bird, Milt...

Milton: I KNOW...WANNA WET...

The 12 "pretties" tie a Milty record he set last October 1st...

I hear you. Usually I'll tell Milty that he won't dry off right at night. Doesn't really convince him, though...

I'm surprised he has enough breath in his lungs to get that many words out without having to take another breath...but then again, maybe I shouldn't be surprised...after all, he IS a Cockatoo....

The other day, we visited our church's vacation Bible school. It's more relaxed than a regular school setting, and Milton just had a great time! The kids would call to him,and he would bob and dance and call back to them. Meanwhile, my wife and brother were setting Titan and Igor on the shoulders of kids who wanted to experience a bird "up close and personal". Everybody...and everybirdie had a good time...

Not sure I ask my birds that all the time.

Blue is the worst, she will actually now bathe even when I put the cover down and switch off the lights, she is a complete brat sometime! That's what M-Star used to do!!

I now demand Milty videos and accompanying pictures with the stories, you're spoiling us too much with his wonderful activities and now I want more!!!!!

Actually, we have pictures of the VBS visit, but I can't post them because of privacy laws here in the US.

We are always trying to sneak a pic of Milty around the house. Since he attacks the camera,we have to be extremely careful when the camera comes out. The pictures we do get usually end up looking like large white blurs of something...but we keep trying...
