Has anyone gotten a Senegal or another bird with the leg band TOREN?

I've seen that leg band code a few times but I cannot find the breeder, my newest bird I ft has that code, I wanna know where he came from. I've looked up a lot of breeders on pages but still cannot be found

I was rehabilitating an amazon a few years back and he was pretty sickly bird but he got better enough to find a home. The Exotic pet specialist that I took him to was able to find leg band info and it turned out he was wild caught bird. So it may help if you took your leg band info to an Exotics pet specialist.
