My hubby said she looks like a body builder.

Totally normal! I want you to touch her too!

I imagine her with soft silky skin and her Mohawk feeling like a scruffy beard.

Her muzzle and the underside of her (front of the neck, belly, inside of the legs) is super soft. I can't describe how it feels but it was magical the first times I touched her. (I'm getting used to it now and kind of forgetting what other dogs feel like) The rest of her skin is a bit tougher, maybe more like your own arm. Her hair is getting softer too, as I wash her with baby shampoo. But it was pretty beard-esque to start out! Now it's just coarse, but still a little soft, if that makes any sense.

From the front and in certain pictures she sure does, doesn't she?
But seeing her at different angles, for me, she looks just like a normal dog...just naked. XD Or I imagine every dog would have these muscles but they are covered by fur anyway. My aunt owns a pitbull and boy is that dog muscular.

I guess maybe Xiro is a bodybuilder.

This is her first collar. The breeder gave it to us. (we were too excited to remember to get one, plus we weren't sure if we would be taking her at the time) I'm not sure how I feel about it, I guess I prefer buckles to clips? It's red, white and blue but the white is more clear normally and then reflective in certain light. (camera flash is one thing that pops it out)

But it seems to be doing just as well with Xiro.

I also got her some new toys today! All squeaky.

And here she is after having played in the rain.
Much cleaner than a haired dog coming in after some, I am sure.



She seems to be afraid of thunder.

Her skin does look like it would be kind of silky in photos doesn't it? XD
