Can't stay logged in

Even though I check the box to stay logged in, every time I leave AA, I have to sign in again when I come back. This has been happening for about a week. I use my iPad. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

I don't know how to fix your problem, but I doubt using the iPad is the issue since I always use my iPad for AA.

Can you clear cookies and other settings, then try again?

Or maybe try downloading a different browser or app to use?

Are you using your iPad in the same location every time? I don't know if it matters but sometimes when I travel websites don't recognize my computer... since it's away from it's home IP address.

Another problem could be that you have "private browsing" turned on. If this is the case, you're telling your computer to forget whatever cookies it picks up from the websites you visit. These cookies are little packets of information that the computer uses to tell the website "I've been here before! Look, this is what we did last time!"

You have privacy settings on, this is when your Ipad deletes your history by itself. You can turn this off in settings

Another way to turn it off is simply to open up your internet browser, go to the close tabs menu, and click the privacy mode in the bottom left hand corner
