Cold Climate

Hey guys and girls, was just wondering what is the coldest you can keep a lorikeet? Normally where I live the cold isnt too much of an issue however in Bathurst, where I'm living now it gets freezing cold at night time. He gets kept outside. I was thinking maybe as it gets colder just bringing him inside over night and keeping him in a shoe box to sleep-could this be traumatizing?

Are you able to get a smaller travel cage as a night cage for him?

I'm with JAM, a travel cage for your lori to sleep in at night would be a good idea.
