Whenever my bf acts this way towards my birds heart swells. He's such a closet dwelling bird lover. One day he will come out of the bird-lovers-anonymous-closet.

Joe is a bird nut just like me, sometimes even more than me if you can believe that. He would take in every macaw in the world that needed a home. I'm not jealous at all, I love it!

Well, yes and no. The only place not on camera in this house is the bathroom. We see EVERYTHING.

OK, so that particular Hy sounds more like my M2 than my macaws. Just the 'squeegie' voice when he's talking, sounds more like Zuni than the other two. I've always suspected that Hy's, with their big black eyes, are related to Toos somewhere back in their genes.

I just wish my hubby would interact with the amazons like yours. If I ever catch him saying "I love you" to one of them . . . . . . . well, it would make my year!

Are you talking about Maui's underwear video or Korbel in the laundry basket? I think I have Rosie stealing something too.... I have too many birds.

My amazons love Joe too. The only bird that does not get along with Joe is Volar & sometimes Coco.
