My doctor sent me a message when I asked him about any avian cancer specialist.

"Dr. Fronefield said that there are no specialists in avian cancer, we recommend you contact us again after the pathology review and we may be able to direct you to an avian specialist who works closely with a veterinary oncologist. Good luck!"

How is she doing?

Oh Bea-Cat is living the life of Riley lol
She screams, I jump. She hates to see me sit down, like she absolutely hates it. I always need to be fussing over her or moving. Which is fine, I do that, but at 9 pm, I kinda want to sit down lol and maybe eat sitting down

When Dagbert was diagnosed with lymphoma, Dr. Mans said the same thing but the UW happens to have an Oncologist specialist on hand and we worked closely with her even though Daggy didn't last long. She was very, very helpful. Doctors do consults all the time and if you want her number Danita, just let me know, I'm sure she would be more than happy to consult with your vet. She was completely and totally awesome.

I'm so sorry that the diagnosis doesn't seem any better but Bea sounds like she wants to stick around for a bit, so I'd go with whatever that little grey fluffball wants!

Part of living is dying. It is a natural thing, it is just hard to accept.

We fight off death like it is a bad thing, but really it is just part of being alive, it must come.
This is what I am telling myself.

Im so sorry to hear that it made methastasys to her kidney cant the vet remove the affected kidney? And give her chemo for the liver? :/ i Wish liver transplant was possible so she could get a New liver! :/

So, I weighed her and she gained weight.
I avoided calling the Dr. because I just don't want to know, right now I feel like I have hope

So I bit the bullet and called today, she is out of town
phew
So I guess I will know more by the end of the week.
