What's with the tail

Can anyone Pls check the video and suggest why she is doing the tail like that?

Tail bobbing I think it's called - can be normal, can be a sign of respiratory distress. S/he looks a bit puffy too. How's their droppings, behavior, etc?

She is most of the time puffy as its bit cold here.
She is not slow or lazy, She seems active. Poops looks normal not liquidity

Seems she might have a problem with her breathing, if I were you Id just nip into a vet, no harm in getting her checked if your worried, and big help for the little girl

Wheres 'here'?

If no Avian vet, Id head for a general vet. Srsly Tiels as most birds are soooo fragile, before you know it, they can die, and its VERY very sad. Heartbreaking
