Are these sprouts good

This comes from a seed mix with all the little fruit bits picked out. Im a bit worried about the fuzz though, i know a ton of seeds get white fuzzy root hairs which are perfectly natural. But ive never actually seed it befere. Is that mold?

They were rinsed three times a day. Theres an odor, not unpleasant, reminds me of a vegetable crisper.
