If the parents mutations are correct as you stated, then the chick is a hen, which means that the father is split Ino. Ino (Lutino/Albino) is a sex-linked mutation. If the mother is not a ino (she cannot be split), then all ino offspring are females. If the hen is an ino though, then ino offspring could be of either sex. Males can be split or visual for the mutation.
Sounds like you are letting the parents raise the chick? If so, handling her can help to tame her. It would be easiest to feed her foods by hand once she is old enough to eat on her own, although there will be at least a stage where she will reject your attention. Once she is weaned though, you can separate her from the parents (make sure she's eating!) and try taming her that way.
