I would love to see your birds and the baby. If you go to the How To forum you will read how to upload photos. It is easy. See the blue button on the bottom of this window that says upload a file. That is where you go.

If the parents mutations are correct as you stated, then the chick is a hen, which means that the father is split Ino. Ino (Lutino/Albino) is a sex-linked mutation. If the mother is not a ino (she cannot be split), then all ino offspring are females. If the hen is an ino though, then ino offspring could be of either sex. Males can be split or visual for the mutation.

Sounds like you are letting the parents raise the chick? If so, handling her can help to tame her. It would be easiest to feed her foods by hand once she is old enough to eat on her own, although there will be at least a stage where she will reject your attention. Once she is weaned though, you can separate her from the parents (make sure she's eating!) and try taming her that way.

Hi monica

i am attaching new photos of parents .... (the breeder i bought these told me these are kids of same parents , so they are brother and sister & their grand grand parents are white in color,i was bit late to know that incest can have problem in birds too but so far nothing happened )

yes, parent are feeding and looking after chick.... is it ok to touch chick ,once in a while (often how often can i touch her before she is weaned, do not want chick to get sick because of human touch)

The hen appears to be a pearl pied, the male possibly pearl pied as well. If he does carry the pearl gene, then the chick would be a pearl lutino, but I don't see any pearls on her. The hen does not appear to be cinnamon to me.

Since the parents are siblings, it would be recommended to separate them and not allow them to reproduce again with each other. Get them new mates.

As far as handling the chick, you might be able to a few times a day for 5-15 minutes at a time. Try to keep the sessions short but sweet. If she's willing to try eating solid foods, you can try feeding her millet to associate good things with you.
