Checking out the neighborhood
hia im new to this. ive an indian ringneck called Charlie. hes 2. he is gradually warming to me and my partner but wont come out of his cage. he takes food from an open hatch in his cage from us but doesn't allow toughing. he doent talk just makes different noises. he did nothing but scream when we got him but we just kept making different noises to him am he doesn't do it ow, thankgod. any guidelines would be appreciated thanks
