Opi doesn't preen after a bath...

Opi, 1 year old female Grey, doesn't mind the misting shower but unlike my Amazon and Quaker, she just stands around soaked and doesn't dry off. Did nobody teach her how to preen while wet? Or is she just a dork?! I mean, she looks adorable, don't get me wrong, but it's just weird to me.

Thoughts?

My tiel doesn't preen while he's wet either. He waits until he's dry before he does it. Of course, he'll shake like a dog, usually by my face to get dry.

My TAG does not preen either till he is almost dry. He really doesn't like getting in the shower but he gets one twice a week at least anyway. However you can tell he feels better because he talks away for hours after the shower.
