My Bird Aviary

Hi everyone, this is a picture of my bird aviary my husband designed for me and had built as a Christmas present years ago. I have truly enjoyed it.

Woah! That is truly a beautiful aviary! How big is it?

Kristin, it is 6 feet tall, 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep. I love to watch the birds flying around in there. Many times I am watching a movie and miss parts of it because I am watching the birds. I have gouldian finches and bourke parakeets in there. Thank you for your interest.

Thank you everyone, and Paul, no they did not hit the glass, they seemed to know it was there. They really love their aviary.

@Moki is that Exo-terra jungle vine you have in you birds house? I was wondering if it was bird safe or not? How do you like it??

Melissa, yes it is jungle vine. It was rubber coated but the bourkes chewed it all off. I really like it because the birds aren't jolted when they land on it. It just bounces, so much easier on their joints.
