Wow!! Thank you all for the warm welcomes! I am pleased to see the members are quite active here! Please meet Owen and Lila, a pair of peach-faced lovebirds I am currently working with and soon adopting this weekend. I have an extensive background in birds, I "bird-sit" and also help get folks' feathered friends on the right track by offering advice and services here in my community. I have been doing this for about 10 years or so now. I have experience in caiques, budgies, tieles, toos', eclectus, conures, macaws (blue/gold, scarlet, military, and Hyacinth), lovebirds, amazons, lorikeets, and grey's (timnehs). I am all things bird, and try to search out the absolute best in care for advice, from nutrition to psychology, emotional and physical health. Which, of course, is what landed me here on this forum. I finally came to the realization it would be best to be surrounded by whole plethora of avian enthusiasts who come from all over the place to chat and share their experiences.
