My baby boys are coming home today

I can't wait to hear what their personalities are going to be like!
Well, I know already they are stubborn little siblings! They were arguing over having the same spot on a rope perch. I had to bend it so it would be long enough to fit them both.
And Ocean is clumsier than Charley. He was trying to perch on a Lixit bowl and fell in and got his butt all wet! I switched that bowl temporarily to be a toy box and am using a shallower bowl for water right now. That have Jasper and I giggling a lot. 
I swear, budgies are OBSESSED with rope perches.
Thanks J.T. They're taking their time and going slow with exploring the cage right now. They find themselves in one spot and settle there till something happens that makes them move and then they look like, "Oh! This is nice too!".
Do you have very much yucca? It's a super soft wood, and my budgies LOVE it.
Not yet but it's in my wish list for next month.

Jasper and I sat in the bathroom on a blanket with the babies this afternoon for an hour with some foot toys and millet. I missed a great picture moment when Jasper got Charley to step up onto her hand and then Ocean hoped right up next to him. They both sat there while we praised an talked to them for a good five minutes. At one point Ocean started grinding his beak. Jasper was thrilled and I was very proud of all three of them.
Ocean started playing with one of the hanging toys today and I saw Charley nibbling on one of the soft bark flat perches I have from 'I Got A Woody'! It's really exciting seeing them starting to relax and investigate their cage.

Yes! One of my budgies chewed through a hanging rope ladder!

Your budgies are almost as beautiful as mine! And they are going to love their HQ flight cage. Mine are in that same cage.
