Tweeky
Strolling the yard
I joined the board after Anne got sick and have decided to say on. It seems like a great board with a lot of loving, carring fids owners/slaves here. We live near Vancouver BC Canada in a suburb called Maple Ridge.
I have 5 birds at the moment and 1 that I bird sit on a somewhat regular basis.
Firstly there is Joey. He is now 31 years old! He doesn't fly anymore but he's my love bug. He loves his scritches.
Then there is Jazz. For 6 years I thought I had all male birds. Jazz surpised us one night in the winter of 2013 by laying an egg! She first lived with a parrotlet name Martin. They had some fights and I had to split them up. Not long after that she moved in with my other budgie and they've been a couple ever since.
So that brings me around to Shran. He is also a rehome from a friend of mine. He is named after the Andorian commander in Star Trek Enterprise.
Next up is Lucky. He came to live with us about a year ago. He is also a rehome from a friend of a friend of a friends aunt. She was moving back to Greece and couldn't take him with her so he found his way here.
I also have a parrotlet named Snowflake. I don't know if I have a male or female as he/she is very pale blue and almost white so doesn't have the tell tale blue eye liner. I can't seem to find a picture so I will have to post one later.
